Why Do I Need To Empty My Cache?
In order to reduce traffic on your bandwidth and to make page loading faster and easier, Google keeps the last version of your frequently used pages in something called "the cache", But, because of this, many errors might occur due to an "out of date" page error, That is why, If you are having problems with certain pages, it will be best to empty the cache and try again.
How Do I Do It?
On Chrome Browsers:
On your computer, open Chrome.
On your browser toolbar, click More ( the three vertical dots) -> More Tools -> Clear Browsing Data.
In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything. Note: This option does not appear on all devices.
Click Clear browsing data.
NOTE: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
On Internet Explorer:
Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history... NOTE: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
Make sure to unchecked Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
