If your items are not importing or syncing correctly in ExportYourStore, it might be due to the language settings of your Amazon Seller Central account. When the feed processing reports are in a language other than English, our system may not be able to accurately read and process the data.

To ensure proper syncing and data display, you’ll need to change the feed report language to English. Here’s how to do it:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.

  2. Go to the Settings menu in the top right corner, and click Account Info.

  3. In the Business Information section, click on Language for feed processing report.

  4. From the drop-down menu, select English as your preferred language.

  5. Click Submit to save the changes.

Once updated, ExportYourStore will be able to correctly interpret your feed reports, ensuring smooth importing of all your products from your Amazon store to ExportYourStore app.
